How quickly can you turn around a quote?
Explorer Partners receive proposals within 24 hours. Premier and Elite Partners receive priority quoting within 4–8 hours for standard itineraries, and same-day responses for urgent bookings.
Can you hold gorilla and chimp permits under our name?
Yes. We hold a quota of premier Uganda Wildlife Authority permits for Premier and Elite Partners, and can issue permits under your agency's name upon request. We recommend securing permits 4–6 months in advance for peak season.
Do you operate under our brand or your own?
We can operate fully under your brand with white-label documentation, vehicles with your branding, and guides briefed to represent your company. This is standard for Premier and Elite Partners
What is your minimum group size for a private tour?
We accept private tours from 1 person upward. Solo and couple birding tours are among our most popular products for discerning high-net-worth clients. Group tours typically run 4–16 people.
Do you offer FAM trips for our sales teams?
Yes. Premier and Elite Partners have access to annual Familiarisation (FAM) trips at significantly subsidised rates. These are available for product managers, sales staff, and travel writers. Contact us to discuss availability.
What currencies and payment terms do you accept?
We invoice in USD, EUR, and GBP. Standard terms are 30% deposit on booking confirmation, 70% balance 60 days before tour departure. Elite Partners have access to extended net-60 credit terms.
