For this particular tour, participants require a reasonable degree of physical fitness. We shall be spending long hours in the field and dedicating most of the time birding in narrow forestry tracks, which are sometimes slippery and rugged, i.e., going uphill and slopping; spending long hours on boat cruises and birding and game watching trails. Participants must be in position to carry packed lunches bottled water, and all the necessary gear to maximise birding in the field. Read More

This is the longest tour among all Bird Uganda birding safaris. The major intent of this safari is to cover varied habitats visiting eight out of the ten National parks in Uganda and other important bird and wildlife areas.
